Why it matters
The problem
Real-estate agencies lose time and opportunities when inbound calls cannot be answered, qualified, and routed with the right agency context.
What I built
- Built the Python and LiveKit call runtime, Twilio Elastic SIP integration, speech and LLM pipeline, and lead, property, appointment, and transfer workflows.
- Built an operator admin application and a public WebRTC demo around the same product, with the public path isolated from agency traffic.
- Connected agency configuration, Google Sheets, Google Calendar, and Supabase-backed operational data.
Reliability and safeguards
- Routes each call by the dialed DID and fails closed when the tenant is unknown, malformed, or unavailable.
- Uses signed demo metadata, bounded retries and timeouts, authenticated operational endpoints, retention controls, diagnostics, and deployment runbooks.
- Verified across deterministic runtime, admin, and demo test suites; test volume is engineering evidence, not a customer-scale claim.
Outcome
The platform is being tested in a live pilot with French real-estate agencies. No customer rollout, revenue, or conversion claim is made before it is documented.
